Rooms were clean and spacious. The area feels unsafe, and the parking gate is inconvenient to access. Friendly staff who helped with requests.

The moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed by the friendly staff! My king-size bed was super comfy, making it hard to leave! Plus, the seasonal outdoor pool was perfect for lounging in the sun.
Would recommend! 💖🏖️

The room was spacious and clean, which was great. The staff at the front desk were unprofessional and unfriendly. Could hear noise from other guests at night. Gated parking was a nice security feature.

The cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for. Thankfully, the staff switched us to a nicer room on the fourth floor, though it was hot. Strangely felt segregated based on appearance, which felt uncomfortable. The pool was clean, and the parking secure, but the promised breakfast was just granola bars without milk. Maintenance issues abounded: key problems, broken microwave, and plumbing irregularities. Every floor reeked of marijuana. A frustrating stay that could’ve been better with more attention to detail.

The room was comfortable, with a nice layout and decent amenities. The TV worked well, providing a variety of channels, and the WiFi connection was strong. the bathroom needs attention; the light didn’t work, the shower handle was malfunctioning, and the drain cover was missing. I appreciated the quietness. Breakfast was basic, and not all items were well stocked. There were many dining options nearby, which was convenient. Despite the issues, I would consider returning, hoping for a smoother experience next time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay a bit more pleasant.

Trident Inn & Suites in New Orleans has potential but currently suffers from numerous issues. The unclean environment, broken facilities, and lack of security were concerning. While it can serve as a basic shelter, addressing maintenance and housekeeping needs is crucial ' comfort.

I really enjoyed how the hotel was conveniently close to many fun activities and a variety of restaurants and stores just a short walk away, making it easy for me to explore the vibrant atmosphere of the city while enjoying my strolls; I felt secure with gated parking and the friendly staff made my stay even more pleasant, but the rooms could really use some updates to enhance comfort.

We hit up Port of New Orleans, such cool vibes. Steamboat Natchez Dock was off the chain! Plus, we chilled at the Aquarium of the Americas, so much fun exploring. The cable TV was dope for winding down after a wild day!
More happening night events for the party crew would've been epic! .

The staff was nice and helpful, I got clean towels daily. The room had a microwave and fridge which made things easy for me.
It was on the pricier side but still reasonable.

For the price, this hotel exceeded expectations. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The TV worked flawlessly, and I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and accessible ice machine. the breakfast was mediocre at best. I was moved to a nicer room on the fourth floor after voicing my concern about my initial accommodations. Higher floors are warmer, making cooling a challenge. I felt some customer service decisions may stem from bias—something that certainly needs addressing in today’s climate. While my stay had its frustrations, like the $50 deposit surprise, I would return. The staff was generally accommodating, and the location is convenient, with dining options nearby. Improvements are necessary, but the foundation is there.

The bathroom had some rough patches and could use better repairs.

I can't believe I had to switch rooms because mine was so disgusting—mildew everywhere, a leaky ceiling, and no smoke detector. It honestly felt unsafe, and after a long day, the cold shower was the last straw. Never again!

Enjoyed great Cajun hospitality at a hotel with many amenities, close to outdoor fun. Free wifi and hot breakfast were a nice touch. Safety features made me feel secure.
Had a blast dodging roaches and mold, feeling like I was in a horror movie - definitely not staying here again.

The air conditioning in our room was a lifesaver, keeping us cool during the hot weather. the lack of tea and coffee facilities was disappointing as we enjoy a hot beverage in the mornings. The sitting area was cozy, but the pillows were a bit lumpy. We appreciated the free toiletries provided, but the towels were a bit rough. The am/fm alarm clock helped us wake up on time, but the flat-screen TV was outdated and had limited channels. The housekeeping staff did a great job tidying up, but the laundry service was slow and our clothes came back slightly wrinkled.

Great breakfast provided, convenient location close to popular attractions such as Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. The comfortable bedding provided a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape.
The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with stained and dirty sheets in one of the beds. The remote control was not properly programmed for the TVs, and room service was not responsive.

The family-friendly Port with steamboats added excitement to our trip. The availability of diverse cable channels kept the kids entertained in the cozy hotel room.
My wife says that the hotel lacks a playground for children.

Our 3-night stay at this hotel was surprisingly enjoyable. The complimentary facilities and clean rooms exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, close to stores and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfying and the room amenities, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, made our stay comfortable. the value for money was great, especially for families with children looking for a cozy and hassle-free experience.
Limited front desk staff caused a 20-minute check-in wait and some cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

The room had some wet spots on the carpet, but the staff was courteous and promptly addressed the issue. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. I had a satisfactory stay at Trident Inn & Suites. I'll recommend this hotel.
